To launch the InPost UK blog, we are delighted to announce we’ve recently donated £1000 and two bespoke crafted patchwork quilts to Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity as part of our #CraftTheParcel campaign.
Partnering up with some very creative ladies, we asked 18 talented arts & crafts bloggers to design and produce a 12in x 12in quilt square. The bloggers certainly didn’t disappoint! Using a variety of techniques including applique, embroidery, knitting, canvas printing and quilting, two outstanding patchwork quilts were created to be donated to the Rainbow Trust – a charity which supports families caring for a seriously ill child.
These stunning quilts have been on a cross-county journey across hundreds of miles as the bloggers used the InPost Parcel Locker network to send their creation to the next crafter in the chain, like a giant game of pass-the-parcel, or should we say post-the-parcel 😉
With sneak peeks, craft chat and top tips shared on Twitter, check out the #CraftTheParcel social storyboards to see a selection of highlights.
Once the bloggers had completed their quilt patch, each crafter produced a blog post about their experience. To read the blogs from our crafters, click HERE to visit the InPost #CraftTheParcel Pinterest board.
